Maggie earned her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate in Power Yoga in 2020. Her yoga courtship started in 2011, but she fell madly in love with heated vinyasa yoga in 2017. She has a special interest in teaching yoga for functional mobility across the lifespan. Maggie’s all-level classes feature clear and consistent verbal cues, frequent physical demonstrations, and generous use of props such as straps, bolsters, and blocks. Her teaching goal is to make yoga accessible for all students with sequences customized for each individual’s unique practice.
