If you are new to yoga, this class will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, hot power yoga, and vinyasa flow technique. After taking this class, you can feel confident in joining our signature Hot Power Flow class. This slower flow is also great for those recovering from injury, or working toward an active lifestyle. Your instructor will break down the poses for proper alignment, which can be a great refresh for veteran yogis too! You will feel energized, refreshed, and relaxed after this class. This class is warm to facilitate optimum stretch.
