The studio schedule online is the best place to confirm any class changes or cancellations. PPY reserves the right to change or cancel classes anytime for any reason.
There are no refunds or credits for missed services if studio is forced to close or cancel class due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control.
Utilize the cubbies to store your personal belongings at your own risk, but you will be able to keep your eyes on the cubbies during class since they are inside the studio. Please do not leave any belongings in the dressing room.
If you have to cancel a class, you must cancel using the Mindbody app or Mindbody online at least 3 hours before class or you may face penalty. If you have an emergency and cannot cancel on the app or online, contact email@example.com.
If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have any other need for pose options, please let your instructor know when you check in so he or she may give you appropriate variations.
The studio opens 15 minutes before each class and closes 15 minutes after each class ends, unless there is a class scheduled immediately after. Entry to the studio after class begins is disrespectful to the other yogis in class and to the instructor, so entry after class begins will not be allowed with no exceptions. Likewise, entry to the studio during an ongoing class to wait for the next class is not permitted.
No cell phones in class or on the studio floor. If you have an emergency, are on-call for work, please let your instructor know before class.
If students are disruptive, disrespectful, conversing privately in a disruptive manner, the instructor reserves the right to respectfully ask them to discontinue class for the safety and consideration of the rest of the students.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered or in advance.
All services are non-transferable.
There are no refunds for classes taken or partially taken, or services used or partially used.
PPY reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a scheduled offering at any time.
PPY accepts debit and credit only. We do not accept cash, checks, or 3rd party payment services like Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, etc.
For the safety of our community, we do not accept cash or keep any cash on the premises.
In order to stay environmentally friendly, all receipts will be emailed.

Kids under 14 may not take class at PPY unless specifically advertised as a kids yoga class.
Kids 14-17 must have signed parent/guardian waiver to take class and must take class along with the parent/guardian.

Only new clients are eligible for the trial offer. If a second trial offer is purchased, it will be deactivated.
The studio does not offer childcare, and children are not allowed to remain in lobby during class.

In order to cancel, change, or pause your membership, you must contact us in writing at least 15 days before your next billing cycle. Requests made in the studio, by phone, or by voicemail will not be honored. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all cancellations.
New memberships purchased by members online will not automatically cancel current memberships and results in a duplicate membership and duplicate charges. We cannot process or offer refunds for duplicate charges due to duplicate memberships initiated by members. Email email@example.com to change membership tiers.
