Margaret earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate in 2021. She began her yoga practice in 2015, by casually practicing at local gyms and studios, but knew she wanted more in her yoga and exercise practice. In 2017, she took her first heated class at PPY and was hooked. It transformed her practice and became more than just an exercise class, but also an exercise for the mind, body and soul. Margaret’s goal is that everyBODY feels welcome in her class, while she guides them through a meditative heated flow with a well thought out playlist, focusing on being present and staying authentic to yourself, while getting a great workout.
