PPY is thrilled to host Ariel Jaillett, Certified Goddess Yoga Instructor and 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a Goddess Yoga Workshop and Women’s Circle on the Friday before Mother’s Day. This Workshop will explore the Mother Goddess archetype, a universal pattern or image that is present in the collective unconscious of all humans, also representing the power and wisdom of the Divine Feminine. Embody your divine essence and ignite your Shakti energy by focusing on the energy located at the root chakra (muladhara) in a Goddess Yoga practice, a belly dance inspired flow made for women by women. Then gather for PPY’s first Women’s Circle to celebrate the feminine divine in a safe and sacred space.

Participants are invited to bring accessories to bond in sacred sisterhood in a “Goddess Dress-up” play time with accessories like flower crowns, gold flash tattoos, and sparkly makeup to share. Don’t forget your journal and yoga mat, but yoga props will be provided. Yoga experience or prior women’s circle experience is not required. This offering is not exclusive to women but all participants must be 18 or older. The cost of this Workshop is $45 with Legacy Unlimited Members getting 15% off.
