This is a twist on our Signature Hot Power Flow class that includes an extra 15 minutes of soulful breath work, meditation, and an extended savasana. Our Hot Power Flow is a fast-paced heated vinyasa practice that connects breath to movement. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, tone muscles, and reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Expect surprising sequencing and fun transitions that you may not see in a typical HPF at PPY. This class is appropriate for Levels 1+, but some power yoga experience is recommended. Room is heated 90-95 degrees.
