If you are new to yoga, this class will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, hot power yoga, and vinyasa flow technique. PPY classes are a moving meditation or a flow of poses linking breath to movement through dynamic and challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body. After taking this introductory class, you can feel confident in joining our signature classes. Your instructor will break down the poses for proper alignment, which can be a great refresh for veteran yogis too! You will feel energized, refreshed, and relaxed after this class. This class is in our Fire studio but considered warm, not hot.
