Get ready to MOVE! Studio Founder, Sherry Lankford, created this class that fuses her 20+ years of teaching yoga, Pilates, barre, and movement classes. Expect an energetic total body workout that fuses the PPY Power Yoga Method with free weights, Pilates, barre fit exercises, and power moves like squats and pushups to balance out any yogis’ practice. Grab the props you see at the teacher’s mat to get ready for this fun and playful class. Set to an upbeat playlist, you will SWEAT and burn calories while you move in rhythm to the beat. We will finish class with a few stretches for your hard-worked muscles and a rewarding and cooling savasana. This class is best suited for those that have attended a PPY Hot Power Flow or have prior vinyasa/power/sculpt experience. Room is heated to 90 degrees.
