Held in candlelight, this class is like our Slow Power Flow class,
but includes an extra 15-30 minutes of soulful breath work,
introspective meditation, and an extended savasana closed out with the
chanting of “Om”.
This class is a slower power
practice that will move your body with slow and deliberate flowing
postures, challenge your strength and balance, and relax you into a
well-deserved savasana. This vinyasa practice is a moving meditation or
slower flow of poses that links breath to movement through dynamic and
challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and
lengthen and tone the body. Your instructor will break down each pose
for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while
also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice.
This class is held at 93 degrees in our Fire Studio because we believe this is the perfect temperature to practice the PPY Method. Our infrared heaters work by converting electricity into radiant heat. Unlike traditional heating systems, which warm the air in a room, infrared heaters warm objects and people directly. This is similar to how the sun heats the earth, providing a natural and comfortable warmth.
