This new 75 minute Vinyasa Yin fusion class held in the unheated Water studio is like a watered-down version of our power flow classes, giving you all the flow with a little less power. Then stay and chill in yin poses designed to down regulate your nervous system. A vinyasa style yoga class is a moving meditation or slower flow of traditional yoga poses that links breath to movement. Expect fluid transitions and contemplative focus. Yin offers deep holds targeting the fascia, releasing tension and stress. This class will remain small to cultivate chill vibes and to utilize the wall for floaty poses like Waterfall/Legs up the Wall. Our Water studio is held at room temperature.
