Power down for this floor-based slow and stretchy restorative yoga practice held in our room temperature Water Studio. As an all levels class, it is perfect for new yogis, yogis with limited mobility, and even yogis with a strong power practice who need to s l o w down. Applying conscious somatic movement and deep holds against a chill playlist, you will repair and relax your muscles and nervous system. This class will remain small to help stay energetically low key and to utilize the wall for floaty poses like Waterfall/Legs up the Wall. This class can easily be taken right before or right after one of our Hot Power classes for a double feature!
