Nadine Bily teaches power vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on individual growth. She has been practicing yoga since 2017, when Performance Power Yoga first opened their doors. She fell in love with it and graduated with a 200 hour Yoga Teaching certificate from Performance Power Yoga in August, 2021, learning their signature power yoga method designed to offer safe, fun, and focused classes. Nadine’s classes demonstrate that anyone, at any stage in life, can find a practice that is comfortable yet at the same time encourages each yogi to find his/her edge.
