New Student Etiquette:
- Do not come to class if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes before studio classes to allow us time to clean between classes. .
- Preregistration is required.
- All no shows/late cancels to studio classes will be charged a $20 penalty or lose the class pass.
- No admittance after studio classes begin.
- We do not allow observations or children to wait in lobby during classes.
- Please leave your phones stored away from your mat, and silence phones and devices, including smart watches.
- Bring your own mat and props or rent a mat for $5 but we recommend you bring your own.
- Bring only necessary items in and use the cubbies to store your personal belongings at your own risk.
- Please remove your shoes before crossing the studio floor.
- Kids 14-17 may practice in studio with parent/guardian.
- Please use the provided EPA approved sanitizers.
- Yoga is sweaty! Bring your own towel and water.
- Please respect the community and stay through savasana (last 5 minutes of stillness). If you must leave early, please leave before savasana begins.

Frequently asked Questions about our covid-19 policies
Before Covid 19, our staff had an extensive cleaning routine every day to keep our studio clean and sacred. We have added even more measures pursuant to CDC guidelines.
We suggest that you bring your own clean and disinfected mat and props to class for your own use, but we are lending our props out for class use again. Our staff sanitizes all used props between classes. We also have mats for rent for $5. We provide EPA recommended prop cleaner for your use on your own props.
It is your choice whether you wear a mask at PPY.
We have yoga mats for rent for $5.
Yes, preregistration is required.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class. We will close the doors right at class time for your safety and ours. Absolutely no late entry is allowed.
We are strictly enforcing the no show/late cancellation penalty. The penalty will be a charge of $20 against the credit card you have on file or a class forfeiture.
We are excited to start offering our signature hands on assists and adjustments again. All PPY Teachers complete ongoing training to provide safe and healing hands on assists and adjustments. Please pick up a consent card when you arrive to let our teachers know if you consent to receiving hands on assists and adjustments. You can withdraw your consent at any time during class by flipping your consent card to the red “X” side.
We have a few props and mats in stock. If we get enough of a request, we may place a few more orders. Please let us know if you wish to order some props. The turnaround is very quick, and your support of our small business is appreciated.
