Taylor first started practicing yoga in college from her living room (Thanks to YouTube). She came to find yoga during the time in her life when she felt she would forever be a victim of her anxiety and depression. Taylor quickly realized how much yoga had changed her life and freed her from a depressive state. Taylor graduated with a 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certificate from Performance Power Yoga in November of 2019. She enjoys showing how much fun you can have with your practice, how mediation is married to your practice, and how everyone is a yoga person. She hopes to continue her Yoga education in 2021!
