Power Yoga is the first style of yoga I started taking and I fell in love with it. I like that it combines a strong full body workout and meditative spiritual practice in one complete package.

Euphoric, Compassionate, and Profound.
What is the one thing you wish you knew before the training began?
I wish I knew to study more, but that’s totally on me. Nothing worth having comes easy.
What is your advice to someone considering teacher training?
I didn’t know it was going to be on Zoom!? No, I’m just kidding. I wish I knew to study more, but that’s totally on me. Nothing worth having comes easy.
What has been your favorite part of the training?
The friendships I have made are incredible. I am so blessed to have been put in this training with an amazing group of people. I love them all so very much, and we have a lot of fun! I especially enjoyed the philosophy section of the training while learning and connecting with each other on different spiritual perspectives and beliefs in correlation to the philosophy of yoga.
What has been the hardest part of the training?
Round Robin teaching was probably the hardest part of the training with remembering the sequence and cues. You have to memorize that information like the back of your hand. It was still a lot of fun though!
