If you are new to yoga, this 7 week series with Jennifer Hays will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, power yoga, and safe vinyasa flow technique. Through a carefully designed lesson plan that builds each week, you will feel confident in joining our signature Hot Power Flow class by then end of the 7 weeks. This series is also great for those recovering from injury (with Doctor’s approval), or anyone working toward an active lifestyle.
These sessions will be limited to 8 students in studio and will be a safe space for true beginners to grow their practice without intimidation or judgment. PPY adheres to all state and local guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19. All students must bring their own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 yoga bolster, and at least 1 yoga blanket. Contact the studio if you need to purchase any props.
The cost of the 7 week in studio series is $89 for all 7 classes 75 minutes each. Since this is a series, drop in passes and class pack passes may not be applied to these classes, and all autopay members must enroll for the whole series. Unlimited members get 15% off the series. This series is open to ages 14-17 with a guardian also enrolled. Classes will not be heated at first but will progressively get warmer to train your body for Hot Power Flow!
