Our happy power hour is back for a limited time later this month! This fast-paced hot power practice connects breath to movement. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, and tone muscles to reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. You will be challenged with options for advanced poses and offered alternatives at the same time. Some power yoga experience is recommended and this class is offered in studio only. Each class is $5 or free for current autopay members. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Bring your own mat, water, and towel and please arrive 15 minutes early as doors close right at class time.
