This class combines our signature slow power flow with inviting stretches and yin holds. Start with a slow and deliberate moving meditation or flow of poses that links breath to movement through dynamic and challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. Then, get deeper into your flexibility with static and dynamic stretching before savasana. Yin Yoga focuses on getting deep into the connective tissues and fascia. This class is warm (85 degrees) and will be held in candlelight.
