If you have taken our Intro to Power Yoga Series or have some yoga experience, but want a little more individualized instruction than our public power flow classes provide, this 6 week series with Sherry Lankford will gradually build in intensity and help you to access your power! Through a carefully designed lesson plan that builds each week, you will feel confident in joining any of our regular classes by the end of the 6 weeks, and you may even want to enroll in our Advanced Power Yoga Series coming in June! All COVID precautions will apply and this series is only offered in studio.
Each Wednesday night from 7:15 pm-8:30pm, you will meet for 75 minute sessions with your cohort. The private sessions provide a safe space for new yogis to grow their practice with others on the same journey and without intimidation or judgment. To get the most our of this progressive series, you will commit to at least one additional PPY class each week and keep a weekly journal on your progress.
The cost of this series is $215 for non-members (includes the 6 sessions series and 6 additional in studio/livestream classes) or $99 for current members.
