This class is a challenging remix of the PPY Signature Hot Power Flow. In keeping consistent with the PPY Method, expect our signature flowing sun salutations kicked up a notch in complexity, but you can also expect strong power holds, strength-building drills, and options for advanced poses. Various props like hand weights, resistance bands, and weighted bars may be utilized to facilitate a full body workout. The energetic vibe of this class plus the creative and unique sequencing and transitions are all curated to take your practice further. Designed for yogis with an existing strong power or vinyasa practice, an understanding of basic yoga terminology, alignment, and proper form is strongly encouraged. This class is heated to 90 degrees.
