This all levels class is an energetic flow that incorporates hand weights, barre fit exercises, power moves like squats and lunges, and cardio bursts for a total body workout to balance out any yogis’ practice. Your instructor will focus on form and sending intention to your muscle groups to sculpt your most powerful body. Yogis with any level of experience will benefit from this playful and fun class, but get ready to MOVE! Set to an upbeat playlist, you will SWEAT and burn calories. We will finish class with a few stretches for your hard-worked muscles and a rewarding and cooling savasana. Class is held at 90 degrees.
