If you are new to yoga, this 6 week series will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, power yoga, and safe vinyasa flow technique. Through a carefully designed lesson plan that builds each week, you will feel confident in joining our signature Hot Power Flow class by the end of the 6 weeks. This series is also great for those recovering from injury (with Doctor’s approval), or anyone working toward an active lifestyle. These in person, 75 minute, weekly sessions will be limited to the same group of students each week and will be a safe space for true beginners to grow their practice without intimidation or judgment. We follow all current government orders and guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in studio.
