Studio Founder, Sherry Lankford, created this created this NEW class that fuses her 20+ years of teaching yoga, Pilates, barre, and movement classes. Expect an energetic power yoga class that incorporates hand weights (always optional), barre fit exercises, power moves like squats and lunges, and playful challenging peak poses for a total body workout to balance out any yogis’ practice. Get ready to MOVE! Set to an upbeat playlist, you will SWEAT and burn calories. We will finish class with a few stretches for your hard-worked muscles and a rewarding and cooling savasana. This class is best suited for those that have attended a PPY Hot Power Flow or have prior vinyasa/power/sculpt experience. Room is heated to 90 degrees.
