Power Barre is a 45 minute, full-body workout that blends the fundamentals of a traditional ballet warm-up with modern barre fitness technique. This corecentric class serves to balance your yoga practice by adding sculpting and conditioning to your weekly routine. Expect beat-driven repetitions to high energy playlists, plus functional movement drills and isometric holds. The class is broken down into 5 minutes of warm-up, 5 minutes upper-body sculpting, 20 minutes lower-body conditioning, 10 minutes of core work, and 5 minutes of stretching. Power Barre incorporates props like resistance balls, a weighted body bar, and resistance bands. The studio is heated to 80 degrees and is open to all levels.
