This is a 75 minute intermediate to advanced (levels 2-3) class for yogis with a strong power or vinyasa practice who desire to add cardio and strength training for a full-body workout. Beginners should take our Intro to Power Series or our signature Hot Power Flow before joining this challenging class. Expect creative and challenging pose sequencing along with the addition of hand weights and cardio bursts to increase cardiovascular endurance. You will be challenged with vigorous movement, power drills, and options for advanced poses. This class is heated to 90 degrees. Bring at least 2 yoga blocks to class and socks to use as sliders. This class gets really sweaty so wear pants to avoid slipping in arm balances. This class will not be live-streamed.
