This is an intermediate to advanced (levels 2-3) class for yogis with an existing strong power or vinyasa practice. Beginners should take Intro Power Flow and Power Flow before joining this challenging class, as an understanding of yoga terminology, alignment, and proper form is recommended. Expect creative and challenging pose sequencing designed to take your practice further, and deeper dives into yoga philosophy woven into the themes of each class. You will be challenged with vigorous movement, power drills, and options for advanced poses. You will feel the burn and leave with a full body workout.
