This 75 minute practice is great for all levels and allows for extra time for meditation and breath work. This class is a slower vinyasa practice that will move your body with slow and deliberate flowing postures, challenge your strength and balance, and relax you into a well-deserved savasana. But don’t worry, you will still feel the burn! You will reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice.
