• Do not come to class if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.
• Arrive no more than 15 minutes before studio classes to allow us time to clean between classes.
• Preregistration is required.
• All no shows/late cancels to studio classes will be charged a $20 penalty or lose the class pass.
• No admittance after studio classes begin.
• We do not allow observations or children to wait in lobby during classes.
• Please leave your phones stored away from your mat, and silence phones and devices, including smart watches.
• Bring your own mat and props or rent a mat for $5  but we recommend you bring your own.
• Bring only necessary items in and use the cubbies to store your personal belongings at your own risk.
• Please remove your shoes before crossing the studio floor.
• Kids 14-17 may practice in studio with parent/guardian.
• Please use the provided EPA approved sanitizers.
• Yoga is sweaty! Bring your own towel and water.
• Please respect the community and stay through savasana (last 5 minutes of stillness). If you must leave early, please leave before savasana begins.
