Calling all mystical and magical Goddesses! Manifest your 2024 intentions with a magical yoga and empowerment women’s retreat in the mountains during the 11:11 portal! This retreat is three days and two nights, beginning on 11/9/23 and concluding on 11/11/23, an auspicious day in numerology when the doors of the spiritual portal open up with the promise of new beginnings. Experience the calm and tranquil setting of the beautiful Heartwood Retreat Center in Blue Ridge, Georgia, just a short drive from Atlanta. The Heartwood Retreat Center has 3 yoga studios including 1 outdoor studio, a hot tub, a red-light infrared sauna, and 80+ acres of gorgeous mountains and nature.
The intention of this retreat is for women to come together as sisters to connect, empower, and manifest magic together! Studio Founder, Sherry Lankford, will lead this retreat, along with Studio Manager, Karen Findley. Sherry is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Although teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga is Sherry’s specialty, she has taught multiple styles of yoga for the last 15 years, including gentle, yin, yoga nidra, yoga sculpt, yoga for seniors, and hatha yoga. She is an expert at cultivating magical experiences of transformation. Sherry’s classes are a moving meditation set to motivating music with sprinkles of yoga philosophy and sparks of inspiration, knowledge, and wisdom.
The retreat will feature the PPY Signature Power Yoga style, and will also include a variety of yoga styles, transformational activities, introspective mindfulness and meditation sessions, a cacao ceremony, and an 11:11 Manifestation Workshop.
Goddesses arrive mid-afternoon on Thursday with time to settle in and enjoy facility amenities before the first yoga session. Then, enjoy a chef-curated dinner in sacred sisterhood before coming together for our opening Goddess circle to awaken the divine feminine energy within.
On Friday, enjoy 3 chef-curated meals, feminine-focused yoga and meditation sessions, and time for optional hiking or retreat services like reiki and thai massage.
The last day, 11/11/23, breakfast and lunch will be provided by the retreat chef, but in between, experience an 11:11 Manifestation Workshop to maximize the power of the special day and it’s spiritual significance.
This all-inclusive retreat includes all accommodations, meals, program tuition, yoga/meditation sessions, and PPY guided experiences. Additional retreat services can be arranged directly with the retreat center at an additional cost. Full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations received after August 1, 2023 are ineligible for refunds. No transfers or room changes after reservation is made. No yoga experience is required and all Goddesses are welcome.
