Hot Intro Power Flow*

If you are new to yoga, this class will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, hot yoga, and vinyasa flow technique. This slower flow is also great for those recovering from injury, or working toward an active lifestyle. Your instructor will break down the poses for proper alignment, which can be a great refresh for veteran yogis too! You will feel energized, refreshed, and relaxed after this class. This class is heated to 90 degrees to facilitate optimum stretch.

Hot Power Flow

Set to an energetic playlist, this fast-paced heated vinyasa practice connects breath to movement. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, and tone muscles to reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. You will be challenged with options for advanced poses and offered alternatives at the same time. Some power yoga experience is recommended. This class is heated to 90 degrees to facilitate optimum stretch.

Advanced Hot Power Flow

This is an intermediate to advanced (level 2-3) class for yogis with a strong power or vinyasa practice. Movement is connected by breath and expect creative and challenging pose sequencing. Studio is heated to 90 degrees to build heat and sweat out toxins, increase strength, and tone muscles. You will be challenged with vigorous movement and options for advanced poses designed to grow your yoga practice and provide a powerful workout. We recommend some power or vinyasa yoga experience prior to taking this class. This class is heated to 90 degrees to facilitate optimum stretch.

Flow + Stretch+ Restore*

Become immersed in a warm, restorative practice set to a chill and relaxing playlist. Spend a solid portion of the class in deep asana and feel-good stretches then transition into amazing restorative poses using props to dive deeper and find stillness in your mind and body. Reawaken to a new body and a fresh perspective. No experience is required. This class is a great pairing for those who typically practice power yoga. Class is held at room temperature and is considered warm but not heated. This popular class is capped at 12 so preregistration is a must!

Slow Down + Stretch*

This slow and calming practice is all levels and is perfect for new yogis, yogis with limited mobility, and even yogis with a strong power practice. You will relax your mind in deep asana and repair muscles that need to just chill. Heal your body with nourishing stretching and safe movement. This class is not heated but is held at room temperature.

Hot Slow Power Flow

Set to a chill playlist, this all levels class is a slower vinyasa practice that will ground you, ease you into yummy stretches, move your body with slow and deliberate flowing postures, challenge your balance, and relax you into a well-deserved savasana. You will reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat in this traditional hatha practice. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. This class is heated to 90 degrees to facilitate optimum stretch.

Power + Tone

This all levels class is an energetic flow that incorporates hand weights, barre fit exercises, power moves like squats and lunges, and cardio bursts for a total body workout to balance out any yogis’ practice. Your instructor will focus on form and sending intention to your muscle groups to sculpt your most powerful body. Yogis with any level of experience will benefit from this playful and fun class, but get ready to MOVE! Set to an upbeat playlist, you will SWEAT and burn calories. We will finish class with a few stretches for your hard-worked muscles and a rewarding and cooling savasana. Class is held at room temperature and considered warm.

This is a slow and calming practice for all levels. The room is heated to 90 degrees to help relax your body into a deep stretch. It is perfect for new yogis, yogis with limited mobility, and even yogis with a strong power practice. You will relax your mind in deep asana and repair muscles that need to just chill. Heal your body with nourishing stretching and safe movement. Your instructor will guide you on how to use yoga props in supportive postures designed to encourage release and relaxation. End the session with a focused meditation.

Beginner Yoga *

Discover yoga fundamentals in this class designed for beginners. With a focus on safety and alignment, this class is gentle, non-judgmental, and non-intimidating. You can take this class as a foundation for all other PPY classes, or maybe just to brush up on yoga terminology. Class is held at room temperature and considered low intensity and low impact.
