Intro to Power Flow

If you are new to yoga, this NON-HEATED  class will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, and vinyasa flow technique. This slower flow is also great for those recovering from injury, or working toward an active lifestyle. Your instructor will break down the poses for proper alignment, which can be a great refresh for veteran yogis too! You will feel energized, refreshed, and relaxed after this class.

All Levels Power Flow (Heated)

Set to a chill playlist, this all levels class is heated to 85 degrees and is a powerful vinyasa practice where movement is connected by breath. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, and tone muscles. You will reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice.  Check the schedule for times when this class is offered by candlelight. This class is recommended for any yogi trying yoga for the first time, or if you have never taken a heated or power yoga class.

Power Flow II (Heated)

This music-driven class is a fast-moving vinyasa practice where powerful movement is connected by breath and creative pose sequencing. Heated at 85-90 degrees, you will build heat and sweat out toxins, increase strength, and tone muscles. You will reset your mind through clear intentions and presence on your mat. With proper form and safety in mind, you will be challenged with advanced poses and vigorous movements designed to grow your yoga practice and provide a powerful workout. This class is practiced by candlelight. Your instructor will offer all level options throughout class, but some vinyasa or power yoga experience is recommended before attending this class.

Yoga with Weights

This NON-HEATED all levels class is an energetic basic vinyasa practice that incorporates hand weights, power moves like squats and lunges, and cardio bursts, for a total body workout to balance out any yogis’ practice. Your instructor will focus on form and sending intention to your muscle groups to sculpt your most powerful body. Yogis with any level of experience will benefit from this playful and fun class, set to an upbeat playlist!

Restore + Stretch + Flow

Reset and become immersed in a slow flow set to a chill and relaxing playlist. After increasing mobility and priming the muscles, spend a solid portion of the class in deep asana and feel-good stretches. Finish this practice with amazing restorative poses using props to dive deeper and find stillness in your mind and body. Reawaken to a new body and a fresh perspective. No experience is required and is a great pairing for those who typically practice power yoga.

Cardio Power Flow

Set to an energetic playlist, this all levels power vinyasa class moves fast to give you a full-body, calorie-burning cardio workout. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, and tone muscles. This class incorporates dynamic core exercises, and builds a strong upper body. All levels are welcome, but those new to power yoga are encouraged to attend one Intro to Power Flow class prior to trying this class so that you become familiar with the terminology. Studio is warmed to 82 degrees to facilitate flexibility and fat burn.
